I had to use Bio-one for a cleanup and I was extremely happy with them. From the first call, Chad explained everything and answered all questions, and was able to schedule and take care of the clean up very soon,even on a weekend. No matter what the job, this is the team you want to do it!! The team at Bio-one Utah are one of the most compassionate, hardworking groups I have had the pleasure of working with. It is evident in the way they conduct themselves that they truly understand and appreciate the value of the work they perform and how it impacts their clients. They definitely take pride in what they do and it shows every step of the way. They came to clean my mothers house out of a mouse infestation and clutter. With every item they touched, they demonstrated care and caution for their value and meaning they may have to her. When I met with Joe to do the assessment I knew I picked the right company. He took his time and was very thorough to ensure all my needs were met and questions answered. The morning of the job they were prompt, professional and ready to work. Joe, Chad and Jared worked hard, fast and diligently to get the job done and to do it right. They kept me with them to ensure I understood what was going on and treated me as an asset in completing the job. Due to the level of mess a deep house clean to get everything ready to live in was necessary. Chad and Tiffany came back and worked tirelessly to make it shine. I am thoroughly impressed with what they did and will always recommend them should the need be there.

Joe and his team have been extremely wonderful through the tragic ordeal that happened to our family. He himself has been beyond compassionate and professional and I would MORE than highly recommend he and his team if you are ever in the type of heart breaking situation that our family was in. He NEVER for ONE second made me feel like just another customer! I can never fully articulate how amazing that was/is when my family or ANY family for that matter, needs a service such as this. So, again thank you Joe and the whole Bio-one team for not making one moment of this the horrific situation that myself and my family thought that it would be! I NEVER want to have anyone I know or love be in need of a service such as this but if EVER they are, there is NO other company I would EVER recommend over Joe and the Bio-one Utah team!!!
