Joe was absolutely great. He came out after hours and got my problem taken care of. He did an amazing job.

I can not express how much I loved working with BioOne!! My aunt died unexpectedly, in her home. I called BioOne the next morning and they came right over to take care of the hazard cleanup. Then, they came over a week later to clean up the hoarding part of her home. Chad and team from BioOne are so great to work with!! We appreciate them SO much!! I loved that after a dramatic, emotional time, they were so quick to respond and take care of what we couldn't. THANK YOU to Chad and team at BioOne!!

My father in law passed away in his sleep and it was about a week and a half before he was found. Bio one came in less than an hour from our call and were extremely professional and sympathetic to our needs. They helped us every step of the way and were very patient on receiving payment as it was covered under his homeowners insurance. I would recommend Joe Ava his people to anyone that needs their services. 5 stars all the way from us.

No matter what the job, this is the team you want to do it!! The team at Bio-one Utah are one of the most compassionate, hardworking groups I have had the pleasure of working with. It is evident in the way they conduct themselves that they truly understand and appreciate the value of the work they perform and how it impacts their clients. They definitely take pride in what they do and it shows every step of the way. They came to clean my mothers house out of a mouse infestation and clutter. With every item they touched, they demonstrated care and caution for their value and meaning they may have to her. When I met with Joe to do the assessment I knew I picked the right company. He took his time and was very thorough to ensure all my needs were met and questions answered. The morning of the job they were prompt, professional and ready to work. Joe, Chad and Jared worked hard, fast and diligently to get the job done and to do it right. They kept me with them to ensure I understood what was going on and treated me as an asset in completing the job. Due to the level of mess a deep house clean to get everything ready to live in was necessary. Chad and Tiffany came back and worked tirelessly to make it shine. I am thoroughly impressed with what they did and will always recommend them should the need be there.

Chad went above and beyond for us! We were concerned about cigarette smoke damage to a home, and he came out to give us an estimate. He could have easily convinced us that we needed $10k in services, as we have no experience in this area. Instead, he was open and honest, and told us that, while the home needs a professional deep clean (and a few other things), realistically it doesn't need the type of cleaning Bio-One specializes in. Even though he knew we probably won't need his services, he went out of the way to thoroughly check everything out, and gave us some excellent advice. The honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism, left a big impression. If we ever need decontamination services, Bio-One will be the first place we call!

5/5 Stars. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Bio-One of Utah. You’ll speak directly with the owner, Joe, throughout the process. Joe is prompt in returning calls. He even extended his help in providing local information to me as I was working with him from across the country until I arrived in Utah. Joe and his team were on-time and very professional. Joe’s team worked very hard and were pleasant even in the 100+ degree heat. Joe and his team went above & beyond, and Joe made the process proceed with ease.

I appreciate how quickly Joe was able to get my rental back to normal. I had an unoccupied death in my rental and was very impressed at how good of a job Joe's team did at cleaning up the apartment. Joe even made a special trip to the apartment before they cleaned it and grabbed a few things for the family of the deceased so that I didn't have to go in there.

Joe and his team have been extremely wonderful through the tragic ordeal that happened to our family. He himself has been beyond compassionate and professional and I would MORE than highly recommend he and his team if you are ever in the type of heart breaking situation that our family was in. He NEVER for ONE second made me feel like just another customer! I can never fully articulate how amazing that was/is when my family or ANY family for that matter, needs a service such as this. So, again thank you Joe and the whole Bio-one team for not making one moment of this the horrific situation that myself and my family thought that it would be! I NEVER want to have anyone I know or love be in need of a service such as this but if EVER they are, there is NO other company I would EVER recommend over Joe and the Bio-one Utah team!!! My issue was a huge mouse infestation. The crew who came to my house were amazing. They were very thorough and very compassionate about my things. They understand the impact of the job that they are doing and realize that many items have sentimental value. They were very careful as they cleaned making sure that the things that they were handling was done with care. The crew who came was Joe (the owner), Chad, Jared, and Tiffany. I can highly recommend them.

Joe did an excellent job for us. We had an unusual situation and he coordinated with other experts to get it solved and cleaned properly. He is a pleasure to work with, communicates well, is knowledgeable, pays attention to details, and is willing to admit when he needs more information. He kept his word, got it done within an acceptable amount of time, and responded quickly to all my inquiries. His billing rates are reasonable and he worked well with my insurance company. I highly recommend Bio One if you ever find yourself needing this type of clean-up

We had an awesome experience with Joe at Bio-One when we went to move our furniture and other belongings out of storage and discovered that mice had gotten in and gone crazy in there. He was extremely helpful in helping us determine what was safe to keep, what wasn’t, and how how to safely clean those items that we did keep. He was very honest as well, and chose to educate us on proper clean-up rather than take advantage and charge us for services that we didn’t need. What a gift his expertise is to the community! Would 100% recommend for any hazardous clean-up situations.

I had Chad come talk to a client of mine who needs help clearing out her hoarded home. He was honest and direct with her. Got to know her and what her goals are. She is still thinking about what she wants but is comfortable with Chad and knows that he has her best interest in mind.

I called Bio-one with some questions regarding odor removal from my house. They promptly answered the phone, and offered professional advice and recommendations for me. I appreciate the professional advice, it goes a long way when a company offers this, and seems to be lost in most other trades. Much appreciated Bio-One!

I have an apartment I’m trying to get cleaned with severe pet damage. I had Chad come out to do a quote, relatively instantly i might add. To my surprise, he told me the service he does is too intense for this apartment and pointed me in the direction of a traditional cleaning service for much cheaper. Really nice guy, very honest, would’ve loved to use this company.

Joe and Chad were amazing to work with! My husband and are were victims of a terrible crime and they were so friendly and professional to work with. I highly recommend them! We cant thank them enough for all of their hard work and coming out on such short notice.

We called the owner Joe to come and give us a bid on some cat urine damage in a rental property. He answered his phone promptly and was available within a couple of days. On the day of our appointment he was called in to clean up a homicide which obviously takes priority and was going to be late. He made sure to call ahead of time to reschedule and came out that same day after regular business hours. I appreciate his follow through. He even offered advice on how we can treat it ourselves if we choose to do so. Great experience and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends and neighbors!

It was Easter weekend and he worked late, and encouraged others to work late to take care of the cleanup. Dealing with the trauma of death is hard enough on any family member. When our family found ourselves in this situation we called Bio-One. The team at Bio-One quickly responded to our need’s in a compassionate and professional manner. Joe took care of everything required, without involving the family, and maintained a level of respect and dignity for our situation throughout the entire process. Bio-One made this unthinkable task manageable, without adding any further distress to our family, and for this we couldn’t be more impressed or thankful.

I am a very picky person, so when I say theses guys are AMAZING, I mean it from thier customer service, flexibility, clean-up crew, they're very professional, good price, follow-up & communication. I hired them to come help with my parents home in a area that had been taken over by mice. They were very sweet when working & helping set up a plan of action to prevent future issues with mice returning.

Joe came to check out a bad smell that we had in our basement. In 9 months we had not been able to pinpoint the source of the bad odor. Joe came out, and found it within minutes. We definitely recommend Joe for his services.
